Our Mission
We are God-filled people using our knowledge and skills to generate a responsible and compassionate community educated in the proper health and welfare of animals committed to prevent unwanted, neglected, abused or abandoned animals and thus allowing animals to remain within their loving families.
Our purpose is to serve the community by using our resources, knowledge, and skills in the rescue, safekeeping, and rehabilitation of animals that have been declared as unwanted, stray, abandoned, abused or neglected. We are cultivating an alliance with the community in the proper health and welfare of animals through education, resources, advocacy and compassionate humane understanding.
We serve the community by providing emergency vet bill assistance and spay/neuter vet bill assistance when we have funding. We take stray animals and we take pound dogs facing euthanasia. We specialize in the rehabilitation of dogs with medical injuries. We also provide flea and tick treatments and vaccinations to the community when available. We also accept livestock as sanctuary animals, because most of them have been a family pet or have a disability but can still live a normal life on our farm.
Our Current Rescues
-
Eden, 1 year old
Spayed | DAPVV & Rabies vaccines up to date; currently on de-wormer and topical flea/tick preventative
High-energy, no issues with other dogs, cats, or livestock. She has not been around any children. She does like to chew up her toys and plays a little rough with others. She doesn't like dogs around her food dish, but has no issues with human hands in her dish. She barks at and is very leery of new people. However, she warms up fairly quickly. She is very loving and likes to crawl into your lap for attention. She is house and crate trained. She has had very minimal leash training. She has a large fenced yard she plays in.
